You have one year from the creation of the voucher to use it.

The voucher is valid for all airlines offered on iberia.com.

Voucher is instantly applied. Any outstanding balance with remain in your voucher for future purchases.

You must request the voucher at least 15 days before the departure of the flight. Once you've submitted your request, we'll send a voucher for each passenger in the booking to your email address.
Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of request.
Vouchers can be used for any direct flight or a connecting flight offered on Iberia.com, regardless of the airline, up to one year from the date you request the voucher.
You only need to submit one request per 'booking code' stating the details of one of the passengers.
One voucher per passenger in the booking will be issued. Each one will include the ticket amount and any ancillaries purchased (seat selection, bags, etc.).
We'll send all the vouchers to the same contact email stated on the form.
If the refund voucher is not for all the passengers in the booking, you will have to request it through the Call Centre.
If you have already completed part of your journey, you can request a voucher for the remainder, provided that you submit your request at least 15 days before the departure of the flight for which you want the refund.
You can request a voucher refund even if you've previously changed the date. But remember, you must request your 80% voucher at least 15 days before the departure of the flight for which you want the refund.
Vouchers can only be used to book flights on iberia.com.
Once you have received your voucher by email:
You can use it for any purchase on Iberia.com, except for Iberia Vacaciones packages: Flight + Hotel or Flight + Car.
You can redeem it as many times as you want, until you use up the balance.
Choose your flights and when you reach the payment screen on our website, enter your voucher code in the box provided.
You can use your voucher and still get the resident or large family discount.
You can combine up to 9 vouchers. You can use them in the 'Checking and managing your vouchers ' section. Enter your email and the voucher codes from the same booking that you want to combine.
You can't request a voucher if your refund is being processed or you've already received it.
If your ticket meets the terms and conditions and you've received an email stating the opposite, it may be because you've requested it more than once. The system automatically sends a non-compliance notice in the case of repeated requests.
You should receive the voucher in the next few days. If you don't, please contact us.
You can check the remaining amount in your voucher in the 'Checking and managing your vouchers' section on this page. You just have to enter your voucher code and the same email that you used when you made the request. We will show you the remaining balance, the expiry date and conditions.
You can use the voucher to pay for any product or service added to the flight you purchase on the Iberia website.
The process that sends the flight cancellation notice doesn't detect whether a voucher request has already been submitted, so you can ignore this instruction. You'll receive your voucher within the next few days.
Vouchers are not valid for flight+hotel and flight+car packages because these are managed by British Airways Holidays Limited. For any questions, changes or refunds of package bookings, please write to Vacaciones.iberia@ba.com.
If you purchased Allianz travel insurance with your flight, please, contact the insurance company. To do so, you can either reply to the policy confirmation email or send a new email, indicating the policy number, to comercial.es@allianz.com.
