Latest update of our flights
Strike call by ground staff at the access to Madrid–Barajas Airport
We inform our customers that, due to the strike called in ground handling services at Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport on 23, 26 and 30 December 2025, and 2 and 7 January 2026, which is beyond Iberia’s control, some flights may be subject to delays.
In this context, customers travelling on those dates to or from Madrid on flights operated by Iberia, Iberia Express or Iberia Regional Air Nostrum, who purchased their tickets directly through our websites or our Customer Service Centre before 20 December 2025, may change their booking to travel on any other date up to 15 January 2026.
Customers who purchased their tickets through a travel agency should contact the agency directly to manage any changes to their booking.

Flight flexibility due to the situation in Caracas
Due to recent events in the city of Caracas, we are issuing this flexibility policy for customers who need to change their travel plans.
If you are flying between November 24, 2025 and January 31, 2026, with origin/destination Caracas on flights operated by Iberia, and you purchased your ticket directly on our website or through Serviberia up to November 26, 2025, you may change the date of your booking to travel until February 28, 2026. If you purchased your ticket to travel with us through a travel agency, you must contact them to modify your booking.
