1 Revpoints = 1 Avios.

General Terms

• The Revolut Cardholder is responsible for ensuring that the Iberia Club number provided for the Avios collection is correct.

• RevPoints are valid for 3 years.

• Revolut is not eligible to earn Elite Points.

Converting RevPoints into Avios:

These are terms and conditions relating to customers transferring RevPoints to Avios:

1. Enrolment is required into Iberia Club Programme. If you are not already a member, please click here.

2. You can convert Revpoints into Avios at a conversion rate of 1:1. A minimum of 1 RevPoints and a maximum of 999,999 apply to each transfer of RevPoints into Avios.

3. Your RevPoints should be transferred to your Iberia Club Account immediately, but please allow 2 working days upon your transfer request for the transfer to be completed.

4. If the transaction fails, or you have any questions regarding missing RevPoints, please contact Revolut via in-app chat or support@revolut.com or visit the T&Cs that can be found here: https://www.revolut.com/legal/RevPoints.

5. Once RevPoints are transferred for Avios, the RevPoints will immediately be deducted from your Revolut Rewards account balance and they cannot be transferred back to your Revolut Rewards account.

6. Upon completion of a transfer, the transferred points to Avios will become subject to the Terms and Conditions of Iberia Club: found here iberia.com.

7. Revolut is not responsible for availability of flights, accommodation, or any other Rewards in Iberia Club.

8. Airline tickets and reward bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of Iberia Club. Check Reward Seat availability before transferring points by visiting iberia.com.

9. Transfer enough RevPoints into your Iberia Club account to redeem for your Avios Reward seat or enough to top up your Iberia Club account with Avios.

10. Please note that no booking can be made until the Avios are credited and showing in your Iberia Club account.

11. Taxes, fees, charges and surcharges, including airline surcharges, may apply on Iberia Club Reward flights and upgrades.

• How do I convert my Revpoints?
  Please log into your Revolut App and follow the Revpoints journey by clicking bottom right of the homepage. If you cannot see a ‘Revpoints’ link, please contact Revolut.

• How many Avios will I get for my Revpoints?.
  Revpoints will be converted at 1:1, but this may change from time to time. Please check your Revolut app for the current conversion ratio.

• Is there a minimum and maximum amount of Revpoints I can convert into Avios?.
  Minimum 1 Avios or Maximum 999,999 Avios.

• Do I need to be an existing member of the Iberia Club Programme to be able to convert my Revpoints into Avios?.
  Yes, enrolment is required into the Iberia Club Programme. If you are not already a member, please click here.

• How long does it take for my Avios to be credited after I have converted from Revpoints?.
  Avios should be credited immediately, but could take up to 2 working days.

• What do I do if I have not received my Avios, but my Revpoints have been debited?.
  Please contact Revolut in this instance who can liaise with Avios on your behalf.

• Can I reverse my conversion into Avios if I change my mind?.
  No. Once a conversion has been made it is non reversible.

• What do I do if my Revolut account has been breached and my Revpoints converted into Avios without my knowledge or approval?.
  Please contact Revolut to report any fraudulent activity on your account.
