 Iberia Club Logo

At Iberia, we’re making great strides with the other airlines in the IAG Group to recognise our customers in a better way.

MORE ELITE POINTS

From now on, our partners will help you earn Elite Points

Starting April 1st, the Avios you get with our associated brands will also earn you Elite Points. Moving up through the tiers has never been easier!

ADDITIONALLY...

We’ve increased the number of tiers in Iberia Club

We welcome Platino Prime, the new tier available from the 1st of April 2025.

And with the new Elite Points, it will be even easier to move up! Also, if you qualify by number of segments, you’ll need fewer flights to reach each Iberia Plus tier.

A TURNING POINT

Here are some examples of how the new method for earning Elite Points will take you even further

Luis, Iberia Club Plata member
The GIF shows Luis, and Iberia Club Plata member. He travels to New York for work in Business Optima, flies to Bilbao to visit family in Economy Comfort and hires cars at airports with Avis. Below are two comparisons of his Elite Points journey. The first stage shows the period up to 31 March: with the previous model, Luis would have collected 1,050 Elite Points, 47% of the number he needs to move up a tier to Iberia Club Oro. The second stage shows the situation since 1 April: with the new model for earning Elite Points, Luis collects 5,770 Elite Points, reaches the Oro tier and unlocks 1 Elite Reward.

Carmen, Iberia Club Oro member
The GIF shows Carmen, an Iberia Club Oro member. She travels 3 times a year to Buenos Aires in Business Comfort, 4 times to Paris in Economy Comfort and 6 times to Bilbao in Economy Optimal. Plus, every time she flies she books hotels with Booking.com. Below are two comparisons of her Elite Points journey.
