
We are always striving to improve customer experience, and one of the ways we want to do this is by making boarding faster. As a result, we've changed the way we assign passengers to boarding groups.
We'll begin by inviting customers in Group 0 to board the plane. Next, we'll call customers who require special assistance and families with children under age 2 to board the plane first. We'll then continue with the boarding of customers in Group 1, followed by all the other groups, in order. Each group has a number according to the order of priority for boarding the plane.
You'll find your group number on your boarding card. Please sit back and relax until we call you. It won't take long.
