French strike planned December 12th 2019

As a result of  ATC (Air Traffic Control) strike on 12th December, 2019, some of our european flight schedules may be altered.

Iberia customers with tickets purchased directly through our websites or Serviberia up to 11th December for travelling on 9th or 10th and whose flights are affected by services under this strike, they will have the possibility to rebook an other flight, for the same route, up to December 22th 2019 in the equivalent class or lower.

Air sector strike in Italy planned for next 13rd December 2019

Due to the strike that is to be held in Italy during, 13rd December, customers with an Iberia operated 075 ticketed issued by 12 December to or from Florencia (FLR) who wish to move their departure away from the day of the air sector strike, may rebook to an other date among December 12 and 20 inclusive. Permitted alternate airports FCO (Rome), MIL,MXP (Milan) & BLQ (Bologna).

Border controls have been reintroduced in Madrid until 14 December.

The border controls in the Schengen area have been reintroduced for the Climate Summit (COP25). Random security checks will be carried out on arrival in Madrid until 14 December. We kindly remind customers to ensure that they carry the requisite documents on all flights.
