    LEVEL is the new brand of IAG Group, created so you can experience the world easily and affordably. With LEVEL, you can collect Avios and swap them for direct flights between Barcelona and Oakland (San Francisco Bay), Los Angeles, Punta Cana and Buenos Aires, among other destinations. Travel whatever your budget with very economical basic fares to which you can add services like extra baggage, on-board food or wifi. To be able to offer you such attractive prices, the benefits associated with your Iberia Club card tier will not be available when you travel with LEVEL.

    How can I earn Avios?

    Step 1

    Enter your Iberia Club number when you book your flight or when you check in.

    Step 2

    Flown with Level in the last 6 months and the Avios are not yet in your account? You have up to six months from the date of your flight to claim them by clicking here.

    COLLECT AVIOS AND ELITE POINTS

    For each LEVEL flight you take with an Iberia (IB) code, you can collect:

    • Avios, the currency you accumulate in your balance to redeem for flights, accommodation, car hire, leisure experiences, and more.

    • Elite Points which you use to move up or maintain your level in Iberia Club. They also grant access to Elite Rewards, exclusive gifts that you obtain along the way to a new level.

     

    COLLECT AVIOS

    Collect Avios on direct LEVEL flights under the Iberia (IB) code is based on the following criteria:

    • Spending in euros (€).
      Applicable to net spending (fare and carrier charges) excluding taxes and fees.

    • Card tier.

    COLLECT ELITE POINTS

    Collect Elite Points on direct flights with an Iberia (IB) code is based on the following criteria:

    • Spending in Euros (€).
      Applicable to net spending (fare and carrier charges) excluding taxes and fees.

    • Destination, cabin, and fare of the flight.

    All tickets purchased at Optima, Confort, and Flexible fares on Iberia (IB) coded flights operated by LEVEL will collect Elite Points (Extra by fare) for each segment of the trip.

    EXCEPTIONS FOR COLLECT AVIOS AND ELITE POINTS:

    • Avios redemption fares do not accumulate Avios or Elite Points.

    • If, due to circumstances beyond the control of Iberia Club, the accumulable spending on a flight cannot be determined, awards will be given according to the table based on distance and cabin (oneworld).

     

    NOTES FOR AVIOS AND ELITE POINTS:

    • Avios and Elite Points depend on net spending (fare and carrier charges), excluding taxes and fees applied to your ticket or ancillary services on LEVEL flights with the Iberia code (IB).

    • Elite Points extra by fare are additional amounts of Elite Points collected based on the distance, cabin, and fare applied to your LEVEL flight with an Iberia (IB) code.

    • Iberia reserves the right to modify these tables as well as the scheduling of its routes and flights.

    • Iberia reserves the right to exclude fares from the collecting of Avios and Elite Points.
