The pilot strike at Air Nostrum cancelled

Air Nostrum and pilot union Sepla have reached an agreement that puts an end to the pilot strike. All flights on 17,  22, 23 and 24 April will be operated normally. The flights canceled on Tuesday 16 April could not be recovered.

You can check the list of flights affected here. Finally, they have managed to recover the 52 flights, initially cancelled on Wednesday 17 April.

Passengers affected by tomorrow’s cancellations and for whom there was no reasonable alternative option possible, will keep their original flight.

If you are flying on 16,17, 22, 23 and 24 April on flights operated by Iberia Regional Air Nostrum, with a ticket purchased directly through our websites or Serviberia until 12 April, you have the ability to book any flight on the same route up to 10 May 2019. If you bought your ticket to fly with us through a travel agency, you must consult the agency to modify your booking.

Passengers already assigned to alternative flights and want to retrieve their original flight, should call Serviberia or the travel agency where they purchased their ticket.

We regret the inconvenience caused to customers by this situation. Iberia is working closely with Air Nostrum to minimise the impact on customers and offer the best possible alternatives.
