Royal Caribbean Double Avios Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: 15 October 2026 at 00:01 to 28TH October 2026 at 23:59 UK Time (“Promotion Period”)

Eligible Booking: All Royal Caribbean cruising bookings made directly with Royal Caribbean during the Promotion Period, in a Balcony or Suite (Suites/Deluxe) stateroom, for a sailing departing between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2027 (a sailing that departs on or before 31 December 2027 qualifies even if it returns in 2028) (an “Eligible Booking”). Interior and Ocean View staterooms are excluded.

Promotion Details: six (6) Avios for every £1/€1 of eligible cruise fare on an Eligible Booking made during the Promotion Period, being the standard three (3) Avios plus three (3) Avios (“Double Avios”)

Channels: direct bookings only, made through Royal Caribbean’s UK, Irish or Spanish website or call centre. Travel agent and tour operator bookings are excluded.

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall exclusively apply to the Royal Caribbean Double Avios Promotion (the “Promotion”) for the duration of the Promotion Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion material.

This Promotion is jointly provided by:

• a. Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) (company registered number 02260073) a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB; Avios points awarded under the Promotion may be issued on behalf of AGL by Avios Group (AGL) Limited, Sucursal en España (“AGL ES”) (Certificado/Código de Identificación Fiscal W8262063D) the Spanish branch (sucursal) of Avios Group (AGL) Limited and whose registered office is at Calle Martínez Villergas 49, 28027 Madrid, Spain

• b. RCL Cruises Ltd (“RCL”) (company registered number 07366612), a company incorporate in England and Wales and whose registered is at 7, The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, Brooklands, Weybridge, England, KT13 0XW.

To be eligible for this Promotion, you must be aged 18 or over at the time of booking and be the lead guest or a named guest on an Eligible Booking made directly with RCL through RCL’s UK, Irish or Spainish website or call centre (“Eligible Participants” or in the singular, an “Eligible Participant”). Bookings made through a travel agent or tour operator do not qualify for this Promotion.

Eligible Participants must be a current member of one of the following airline loyalty programmes at the time of booking: The British Airways Club, Iberia Club, AerClub or Vueling Club (“ALPs” or in the singular, an “ALP”): All membership tiers qualify.

Eligible Participants will collect six (6) Avios for every £1/€1 eligible cruise fare on an Eligible Booking made during the Promotion Period. This is made up of the standard three (3) Avios per £1/€1 and three (3) bonus Avios per £1/€1 (the “Bonus Avios”), together “Double Avios”. Bookings for Interior or Ocean View Staterooms do not earn Avios under this Promotion. Outside the Promotion Period the standard rate of three (3) Avios per £1/€1 applies.

By participating in this Promotion, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and the applicable terms and conditions of your ALP published on the relevant airline’s website. For full details on each of the ALP’s Terms and Conditions, please see the following links:

Only one (1) Eligible Participant, and one (1) linked ALP account can receive Avios for each Eligible Booking, regardless of the number of passengers on the booking. The name on the booking and the name on the ALP account must match.

Avios (standard and Bonus Avios) are calculated on the total cruise fare of the Eligible Booking, including non commissionable cruise fare (NCCF), taxes and fees. All other charges, e.g. flights, hotels, transfers, gratuities, or on-board purchases such as Drinks Packages, Shore Excursions and Casino do not count towards the cruise farte and do not earn Avios.

Avios are only awarded once the Eligible Participant has completed the cruise. If the Eligible Participant cancels the booking, no Avios will be awarded. If RCL cancels the sailing, Avios will not be awarded on the cancelled booking, but if the Eligible Participant accepts an alternative sailing offered by RCL that departs between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2027, this Promotion will apply to the replacement booking. If any part of the cruise fare is refunded after Avios have been awarded, the Avios may be adjusted.

Standard Avios will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s ALP account within twenty-eight (28) days after sailing has returned, and the Bonus Avios within sixty (60) days of returning. The maximum number of Avios that can be awarded for a single booking under this Promotion is 100,000 Avios in total, including Bonus Avios.

To receive Avios, the Eligible Participant’s correct ALP membership number must be entered on the RCL booking page at the time of booking, or added within seven (7) days of the booking being made via the Manage Your Cruise Booking page. A membership number cannot be added to an existing booking or at any stage after the seven (7) days window following the booking being made.

This Promotion can be combined with other offers including Crown and Anchor Society discounts. It cannot be combined with group rates or group bookings, travel agent rates, net rates, interline rates, casino promotions, Tesco discounts, military or health service savings. The Promotion applies to new bookings only. If you cancel an existing booking in order to make a new booking during the Promotion Period, RCL’s cancellation charges will apply to the cancelled booking under RCL’s booking conditions.

For any missing Avios queries, if your Avios have not been credited within the timeframes above, please contact the ALP airline you collect your Avios with, stating ‘Royal Caribbean’ as the non-airline partner. Your ALP’s own rules on missing Avios claims, including any time limits, apply.

Avios have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash, casino credit or on-board credit.

All bookings are subject to RCL’s booking conditions available at www.royalcaribbean.co.uk, www.royalcaribbean.ie and www.royalcaribbean.es which contain important information including, but not limited to, cancellation charges, applicable passport and visa requirements, guest conduct policy and specific advice relating to minors, and information for guests who are pregnant and those that may have medical conditions.

AGL, RCL and the ALP airlines reserve the right to terminate an Eligible Participant’s participation in this Promotion if the Eligible Participant considered to be in breach of these Terms, or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

AGL and RCL reserve the right to withdraw this Promotion or amend these Terms, including the Double Avios, without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.

By taking part in this Promotion, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by AGL, RCL and the ALP airline and or their agents or subcontractors for the sole purpose of administering this Promotion as set out in the RCL's Privacy Policy, AGL’s Privacy Policy, British Airways Club Privacy Policy, Iberia Club Personal Data Protection Policy, AerClub’s Privacy Statement and/or Vueling Club's Privacy Policy.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or part thereof. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, of these Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions, or parts thereof, will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. RCL, AGL and an ALP airline’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Terms.

Insofar as is permitted by law, RCL, AGL and an ALP airline will not (and nor will our agents or distributors), in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Eligible Participant, accept any liability to an Eligible Participant (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of or in connection with any Eligible Participant’s participation in the Promotion whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we (or our affiliates) have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage, personal injury or death. Statutory rights of Eligible Participants are not affected. Any liability of RCL, AGL and an ALP airline arising in connection with the Promotion shall be several, and RCL, AGL and an ALP airline accept no joint and several liability in connection with the Promotion.

RCL or AGL Promotional materials may form part of these Terms. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in the Promotion–related materials and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in RCL or AGL’s sole and absolute discretion.

The Promoter is RCL Cruises Ltd (“RCL”) (company registered number 07366612), a company incorporate in England and Wales and whose registered is at 7, The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, Brooklands, Weybridge, England, KT13 0XW.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, but not exclusively if the customer is a resident of the United Kingdom but outside England and Wales; then the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland (depending on the customer’s jurisdiction) also have jurisdiction.

RCL, AGL and the participating airlines joint or individual decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion or an award of Avios is final and binding, and RCL will not enter correspondence with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) regarding any such matter.

RCL, AGL and/or the participating ALP airline do not assume any responsibility for any typographical, technical, or other error in these Terms, related documents, or the administration of the Promotion.
