The Velázquez Premium Lounge in Madrid will be opening from the 14th June and we are back with all the COVID-19 safety measures in place.
Situated in Terminal T4S, Satellite building, it will be open every day from 7.30am to 5.30pm. Once the lounge is closed, you can visit the Dali Premium Lounge in T4, Terminal building, remains open from 6am to 11pm.

Because for us, safety comes first.

How can I gain entry to the VIP lounges?

Your boarding card will indicate permission to use the lounge before the departure of your flight, so simply show it to the reception staff. They may also ask to see your ID card or passport.

If you are a frequent flyer with the right to use this service, you may have to show your loyalty card.

Minors under the age of 18 may use the lounge if accompanied by an adult.

In the United States, minors under the age of 21 must be accompanied by someone who is 21 or older.

Which customers are entitled to use them?

Access to VIP lounges depends on the class of your ticket or the privileges associated with your membership card. You can find out more here.
