Due to restrictions imposed by Spanish regulations in relation to the situation caused by COVID-19, we inform you that from 00:00 hours on 23 March 2020, the authorities will only allow entry into Spain if you can prove what:

We are adhering promptly and strictly to the instructions and recommendations that are issued by health authorities.
Since 31 January all our aircraft carry equipment to deal with any passenger who may show suspicious symptoms during a flight, minimising risk to other passengers and to crew members.
Our cabin crews are well-trained in the protocols to be followed in such cases.
In addition, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and complete disinfection of all our aircraft as a precaution. We are using an approved chemical that is proven to kill viruses and germs, leaves a long-lasting protective coating against new contamination of viruses, bacteria and fungi on surfaces.

The cleaning process includes a comprehensive wipe down of all surfaces — from windows, tray tables, seat back screens, armrests, seats, in-seat controls, panels, air vents and overhead lockers in the cabin, to lavatories, galleys and crew rest areas.

We advise our passengers and employees to wash their hands frequently with soap and water, in keeping with health authority recommendations. Disinfectant gels may also be used.
