Adverse weather conditions in the Canary Islands

As a result of the adverse weather conditions occurring in the Canary Islands, some of our flights may be affected.

Given this situation beyond Iberia’s control, if you are flying from 12 to 14 December 2025 from SPC (La Palma), TFN (Tenerife North), TFS (Tenerife South), FUE (Fuerteventura), ACE (Lanzarote) and LPA (Gran Canaria), and you purchased your ticket directly on our website or through Serviberia up to 12 December, you may rebook your trip between 12 and 16 December 2025. If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, please contact them to modify your booking.

Check whether your flight allows date changes or the processing of a voucher directly through Booking management. If not and your flight is scheduled to depart in the next 48 hours, please call our Customer Service

Flight flexibility due to the situation in Caracas

Due to recent events in the city of Caracas, we are issuing this flexibility policy for customers who need to change their travel plans.

If you are flying between November 24, 2025 and January 31, 2026, with origin/destination Caracas on flights operated by Iberia, and you purchased your ticket directly on our website or through Serviberia up to November 26, 2025, you may change the date of your booking to travel until February 28, 2026. If you purchased your ticket to travel with us through a travel agency, you must contact them to modify your booking.
