What is the Blue fare and how do I book it?
With the Blue Fare you can get tickets for fewer Avios. Changes (any time before the departure of the flight) and refunds (up to 24 hours in advance) are permitted but incur a penalty. To book a Blue fare, select Purchase flights on iberia.com or call your Iberia Plus Service Centre.
How do I access Iberia Plus campaigns?
If you are already a member of our Iberia Plus, remember that you need register for certain campaigns and offers. If you want to take part in these personal promotions, sign in to your private area on Iberia.com and register under "My profile/My promotions".

How do I upgrade to a higher cabin class with my Avios?
If you have a ticket in Economy class (fare Y, B or H) for a direct flight by the Iberia Group* (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum) and want to change it to Premium Economy or Business, you can purchase an Upgrade with your Avios to travel in a higher cabin class. This service is subject to availability.
*Except Air Shuttle flights and flights operated by other airlines.
