Flight updates due to the evolution of Coronavirus
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, following guidelines have been published for customers who have a ticket purchased on flights operated by Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum, according to the information detailed below. You have the posibility to request a voucher* for the amount of the ticket. You can request your voucher by Manage my booking.
If you bought your ticket to fly with us through a travel agency, you must consult the agency to modify your booking.
As the situation remains dynamic, our flight schedules may change at short notice to comply with regulatory directives or operational requirements, we suggest that customers access at Manage my booking to be able to report directly any change that affects your trip.
Flights to/from any Iberia group destination
Customers with flight departure dates before 30 September 2020 to or from a country that imposed new quarantine or entry restrictions after 25 July can make changes before their flight departure, without being penalised, for flights up to 30 June 2021. Or they can get a voucher that they can use for flights up to 31 December 2021.
The vouchers provide maximum flexibility, as they have no date restrictions and may be exchanged for one or more tickets up to the total amount. Vouchers can be requested via Booking Management before 30 September 2020.

Changes requested before 30 September 2020 are also permitted to fly up to 30 June 2021, with the following exceptions: not valid for flights from 9 to 12 October; from 4 to 9 December; from 19 December to 10 January 2021; and from 24 March to 10 April 2021. To change your tickets, contact your travel agent or or make your request through Manage my booking.
If your flight has been canceled and you prefer not to fly and request other alternatives for exchange or refund, please do not hesitate to contact your travel agency or contact us through our usual customer service telephone numbers.
