Holafly eSIMs are designed to provide mobile data. They do not include traditional calls or SMS, although you can communicate through apps that use an internet connection, such as WhatsApp, FaceTime or Telegram.

Which flights include a free eSIM?

Adult passengers on flights whose origin or destination is outside the European Union can access a Holafly eSIM included in their booking.

Where can I find my redemption code?

If your flight meets the requirements, you’ll find your personal redemption code in Manage your booking from 7 days before your flight’s departure.

Go to the section "Complete your trip", where you’ll see the eSIM module with all available information and the codes associated with the adult passengers in the booking.

Each code is unique and must be used to request the corresponding eSIM.

Where should I redeem my code?

Once you have your code, access the Holafly page through the link provided by Iberia.

The process is very simple:

  1. Select your destination region.

  2. Enter the redemption code.

  3. Complete the application process.

  4. Receive your eSIM by email.

The eSIM included in your booking has no additional cost. A charge will only be applied if you decide to add extra products or services during the process.

How much data does the free eSIM include?

Your included eSIM will allow you to connect as soon as you arrive at your destination. The data available depends on your Iberia Club tier:
