Flight flexibility in Doha
Due to the situation in the Middle East, we have had to cancel some of our flights to/from Doha. We are monitoring the airspace situation in real time and adapting our operations. Please check the status of your flight and keep your contact details updated at Manage Booking so that we can keep you informed about your journey.
If your flight has been cancelled, you can request a change of date or a refund and process it online through Manage my booking. If necessary, we will cover up to 3 nights' accommodation, as well as basic expenses, which you can subsequently request reimbursement for through the website.
Therefore, for flights that remain scheduled, due to these circumstances we have activated the flexibility policy:
For flights operated by Iberia until 15 March and purchased before 28 February, you can, at no additional cost:

Change the date of your booking to fly until March 31, 2026.

Request a refund of your ticket.
Please access Manage my Booking to process it online. If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, you should contact them to modify your booking.
For flights operated by Qatar Airways purchased through our channels until 13 March, you may, at no additional cost:

Change the date of your booking.

Request a refund of your ticket.

Modify your travel itinerary, within the possibilities.
Please go to Manage my booking to process it online or through our Customer Service Centre. If you purchased your ticket through an agency, you must contact them to modify your booking. If there are less than 48 hours before your flight departure, please contact Qatar Airways.
Flight Flexibility in Cairo
Due to the situation in the Middle East, although our flights to/from Cairo continue to operate normally, we have activated the following flexibility policy:
If you are flying with origin, destination or connection to Cairo until March 10 and purchased your ticket before February 28, you may, at no additional cost:

Change the date of your booking to fly until March 31, 2026

Request a refund of your ticket
Please access Manage Booking to process it online if you booked directly with Iberia. If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, you should contact them to modify your booking.

Flight Flexibility in Tel Aviv
Due to the situation in the Middle East, all flights to/from Tel Aviv until March 28 have been cancelled.
Due to these circumstances, we have activated the following flexibility policy and you may, at no additional cost:

Change the destination and fly alternatively to Cairo or Athens

Request a full refund of your ticket

Flexibilización de vuelos debido a la situación en Caracas
Debido a los últimos acontecimientos en la ciudad de Caracas, emitimos esta flexibilización para los clientes que necesiten cambiar sus planes de viaje.
Si vuela hasta el 30 de abril de 2026, con origen/destino Caracas en vuelos operados por Iberia y ha comprado su billete directamente en nuestra web o en Serviberia hasta el 28 de enero de 2026, puede cambiar la fecha de su reserva para volar hasta el 31 de mayo 2026 y el destino a los siguientes aeropuertos: Caracas (CCS), Miami (MIA), Ciudad de Panamá (PTY), Bogotá (BOG), Santo Domingo (SDQ), San Juan (SJU), La Habana (HAV), Quito (UIO) y Guayaquil (GYE). Si ha comprado su billete para viajar con nosotros en una agencia de viajes, debe dirigirse a ella para modificar su reserva.
Si vous avez réservé une place sur un vol susceptible d’être affecté, veuillez nous indiquer vos coordonnées sur Gestion des réservations, afin que nous puissions vous informer de tout changement concernant votre voyage à travers le service Iberia Conecta.
Vérifiez si les changements de date ou les démarches pour obtenir un bon sont déjà permis pour votre vol dans Gestion des réservations. Si ce n'est pas encore le cas et que votre vol est prévu dans les prochaines 48 heures, contactez notre Centre de service clientèle
Flexibilización por dificultades de abastecimiento de combustible en Cuba
Debido a los problemas de abastecimiento de combustible en Cuba, que podrían afectar a nuestra operación, emitimos esta flexibilización para los clientes que necesiten cambiar sus planes de viaje.
Si vuela hasta el 30 de marzo de 2026 con origen/destino La Habana en vuelos operados por Iberia, British Airways o American Airlines y ha comprado su billete directamente en nuestra web o en nuestras Oficinas hasta el 5 de marzo de 2026, puede cambiar la fecha de su reserva para volar hasta el 29 de abril de 2026.
Le recordamos que:

Parte de nuestra operación se está realizando con aviones de Privilege hasta el 30 de marzo. Esta compañía, utilizada en mas ocasiones cumple todos los estándares de seguridad y calidad que exige Iberia.

Hasta esa misma fecha, el vuelo con salida desde La Habana (HAV) realizará una parada técnica en el aeropuerto de Santo Domingo (SDQ).
Si ha comprado su billete para viajar con nosotros en una agencia de viajes, debe dirigirse a ella para modificar su reserva.
