Customers travelling on a return ticket, on a Business fare and on flights operated by the Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum).
Customers holding an Iberia Club Infinita, Infinita Prime, Platino Prime, Platino, Oro or Iberia Singular card and travelling on a return ticket on flights operated and/or marketed by the Iberia Group, regardless of the fare or class of travel, including tickets issued with Avios.
Note: From 1 September 2026, this benefit will no longer be available to Iberia Club Oro members.
None of these benefits apply to flights operated by Iberia for LEVEL.

When picking up the vehicle, they will request your Club Iberia Plus Infinita, Infinita Prime, Platinum Prime, Platinum, Gold or Iberia Singular card, as well as boarding passes from flights with Iberia Group.
If you are a Business client, they will request your boarding passes for the flights in Business. If you do not show them, the provider will charge you for the service the corresponding fees.
