Régimen especial de entrada en España

Informamos que, conforme a la normativa en vigor a partir del día 1 de julio, sobre régimen de entrada en España durante la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19, estos vuelos están reservados a las siguientes personas:

  • Ciudadanos españoles titulares de pasaporte en vigor.

  • Podrán acompañarles el/la cónyuge o pareja inscrita en un registro público español o colombiano, así como sus hijos/as menores de edad de nacionalidad no española, siempre que sean titulares de una Tarjeta de Residencia de familiar comunitario.

  • Ciudadanos colombianos titulares de Tarjeta de Residencia en España en vigor, que se encuentran temporalmente en Colombia, es decir, que no tienen residencia en Colombia.

  • Estudiantes colombianos que realicen estudios en España y sean titulares de Tarjeta de Estudiante en vigor.


NOTA: Como consecuencia de la situación ocasionada por el COVID-19, las Tarjetas de Residencia de familiar comunitario, Tarjetas de Residencia en España y Tarjetas de Estudiante que hayan expirado a partir del día 15 de diciembre 2019 han quedado prorrogadas hasta el día 20 de diciembre 2020. Sus titulares podrán entrar en España con la presentación de su pasaporte en vigor y su Tarjeta de Residencia o de Estudiante caducada.

Flight updates due to the evolution of Coronavirus

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, following guidelines have been published for customers who have a ticket purchased on flights operated by Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum, according to the information detailed below. You have the posibility to request a voucher* for the amount of the ticket. You can request your voucher by Manage my booking.




If you bought your ticket to fly with us through a travel agency, you must consult the agency to modify your booking.

As the situation remains dynamic, our flight schedules may change at short notice to comply with regulatory directives or operational requirements, we suggest that customers access at Manage my booking to be able to report directly any change that affects your trip.


Flights to/from any Iberia group destination

Customers with flight departure dates before 31 October 2020 to or from a country that imposed new quarantine or entry restrictions after 25 July can make changes before their flight departure, without being penalised, for flights up to 30 June 2021. Or they can get a voucher that they can use for flights up to 31 December 2021.

The vouchers provide maximum flexibility, as they have no date restrictions and may be exchanged for one or more tickets up to the total amount. Vouchers can be requested via Booking Management before 30 September 2020.

Advantages of the bonus :

  • No waiting. As easy as you request it online.

  • The bonus can be used one or more than once, until its amount is exhausted.

  • It can be used whenever you want until December 31, 2021.

  • The voucher is non-nominative. Choose who you are going to buy the ticket for.

  • Valid for any direct flight or a connecting flight where at least one of the segments is operated by Iberia, Iberia Express or Iberia Regional Air Nostrum.

  • To flight whenever you want until December 31, 2021.


Changes requested before 31 October 2020 are also permitted to fly up to 30 June 2021, with the following exceptions: not valid for flights from 9 to 12 October; from 4 to 9 December; from 19 December to 10 January 2021; and from 24 March to 10 April 2021. To change your tickets, contact your travel agent or or make your request through Manage my booking

If your flight has been canceled and you prefer not to fly and request other alternatives for exchange or refund, please do not hesitate to contact your travel agency or contact us through our usual customer service telephone numbers.

Change of location of Shuttle Service

Due to the impact on air transport of the spread of the coronavirus, the airport authority has decided to temporarily close the Air Shuttle security control at Madrid and Barcelona airports. However, we have set up another area to continue providing this service:

In Madrid:
Desk 812 n the general check-in area in T4.
We advise you to go to the airport well in advance of your flight if you are going to check in baggage. Check-in will close 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

In Barcelona:
Desks 260-262 in T1, Main Level (3). Check-in times remain the same as usual.

We recommend that you confirm your booking and check the status of your flight before you go to the airport.
