    How can I earn Avios?

    Step 2

    • Access the “BBVA Experiences” section, locate “Redeem Points,” and select the Iberia Club program. Enter your membership number and the number of BBVA Points you wish to redeem.

    Step 3

    • Confirm the transaction and enjoy the experiences offered by your program.

    • REDEMPTION OF POINTS INTO AVIOS IN THE IBERIA CLUB PROGRAM

      Customers who hold a Blue Diamond card may redeem their BBVA Points for Avios in the Iberia Club program.

    • CLAUSE ONE – GENERAL CONDITIONS

      The Customer must have at least 16,000 BBVA Points to redeem.
      The conversion rate is three (3) BBVA Points for one (1) Avios; with each redemption, the customer will receive a minimum of 5,333 Avios per transaction.
      To redeem, the Customer must have an Iberia Club account.

    • CLAUSE TWO – REDEMPTION PROCESS

      The Customer must log into BBVA Net, go to the “BBVA Experiences” section, click “Discover more,” and then select “Redeem Points for Avios.
      From the available options, select “Iberia Club,” then enter and confirm the Iberia Club membership number. The system will display a summary of the transaction for confirmation.
      Avios will be credited to the Iberia Club account within a maximum of 72 hours. Once BBVA Points are redeemed for Avios in the Iberia Club program, the transaction cannot be reversed. Once the transfer is completed, Iberia Club Terms and Conditions apply, available at www.iberia.com/es/iberia-club/conditions/.

    BBVA Colombia is not eligible to collect Elite Points.
