In view of the current situation, many of the VIP lounges that are usually available at different airports are closed, and in others we are unable to offer our usual service. We apologise for this inconvenience and we kindly ask you to follow the recommendations of the health authorities when you use the lounges that are open.

How can I gain entry to the VIP lounge?

You must show the staff your boarding pass. You may be asked to show an identity card or passport.

If you are a frequent flyer with the right to this service, you may be asked for the loyalty programme card.

Children under 18 may enter the VIP lounges if accompanied by an adult.

In the United States, minors under 21 must be accompanied by people 21 or older.

Who can use them?

Your access to the lounges is determined either by your ticket’s booking class or the privileges granted by your customer card. You can see more information here.
