Within 36 hours you'll receive an identifier code with a username and personal password of the account creator/authoriser to access the Private Area of On Business.
Log in to have your trips added to your On Business account. For bookings through an agency or Iberia.com, enter your company code.
Choose a direct discount on higher fares or top up the balance on your wallet voucher. In this case, the amount will appear on your voucher 15 days after the flight.
With each flight, your company accumulates a balance on a voucher equivalent to 5% of the amount spent, excluding taxes.
As your company's annual spend increases, the greater the balance you will accumulate on your On Business voucher.
You start accumulating balance on your voucher once you have spent €1,000 in the first year.
For example: If you spend
€100, you accumulate €5 on your voucher.
We multiply your spend by 1.25 and apply 5% of the result to your balance.
For example: If you spend
€100, you accumulate €6.25 on your voucher.
We multiply your spend by 1.50 and apply 5% of the result to your balance.
For example: If you spend
€100, you accumulate €7.5 on your voucher.
Inform your travel agency that you have become a member of On Business so they can use your OB number when making bookings for you.
Remind people who fly that they can the Avios for each flight to their personal account if they sign in as a member of Iberia Club.

On Business is Iberia's programme for companies. For every flight your employees take with Iberia, Iberia Express, Air Nostrum, British Airways, American Airlines or Japan Airlines, your company gets direct discounts or a percentage of your spend in the form of a single top-up voucher.
You can then use that voucher to purchase flights at any available fare or extras in the extensive range of ancillaries that accept voucher payment (cabin upgrades, seat selection, additional baggage, priority boarding, etc.).
Besides, On Business is fully compatible with Iberia Club: the company tops up the balance on its voucher, while employees collect Avios in their personal accounts.
With On Business, your company gets direct discounts or voucher top-ups in euros equivalent to a percentage of your spend on flights (excluding taxes). The voucher balance is cumulative and can be used to:
Purchase flights at any available fare (including taxes).
Access the extensive range of extra services that accept voucher payment, such as cabin upgrades, seat selection, additional luggage or priority boarding.
The programme also allows you to benefit from our global network of partner airlines: Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Express and Air Nostrum), British Airways, American Airlines and Japan Airlines.
And if you have an Iberia Card, your expenditure with it will also be converted into voucher top-ups.
The On Business programme is designed for companies and sole traders, except travel agencies, ticketing agents and clearing companies.
The On Business programme is fully compatible with your travel agency. However, to link it to your account you must contact the exclusive On Business Customer Service Centre. This will allow your agency to manage your travel more efficiently and use the On Business voucher more easily to purchase flights.
You can top up your On Business voucher balance as follows:
For flights with Iberia, Iberia Express, Air Nostrum, British Airways, American Airlines and Japan Airlines. The top-up applies to all cabins (except discounted fares). You can book flights yourself or through your travel agency, signing in with your username and password in the private OB area or entering the On Business number in the booking, whether on the website or in GDS or NDC.
For expenditure with your IB Cards, which is also converted into voucher top-ups.
If you forget to sign in, you can claim the top-up up to four months after the date of the flight.
