Changes and refunds

  • A free change is only permitted for the return flight and you can only request it once you have taken the outbound flight. There will be a penalty of EUR 45 or EUR 120 for subsequent changes. Refunds are not permitted. These change terms and conditions only apply if the same fare is available. They cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

  • These conditions only apply to return tickets purchased with the GoStudy fare. If there are no seats available for this fare, we'll show you the cheapest fares available for the route and dates requested (these fares will NOT be eligible for the special baggage and change conditions of the Erasmus fare).
