Coronavirus impact in North of Italy

As a result of the the Coronavirus impact in certain Northern regions of Italy, following guidelines have been published for our customers travelling to/from :

  • Milan - (LIN/MXP)

  • Bologna - (BLQ)

  • Turin - (TRN)

  • Venice - (VCE)

Faced with this situation beyond Iberia's control, if you are flying between 25th February and 2nd March, 2020 to or from these airports and you have a ticket purchased directly through our websites or Serviberia until 25th February, you have the ability to book any flight on the same route up to 31st March, 2020. If you bought your ticket to fly with us through a travel agency, you must consult the agency to modify your booking.

Iberia flights affected by the weather conditions in Chicago.

As a result of the adverse weather conditions in Chicago, some of our flights may be affected.

Faced with this situation beyond Iberia's control, if you are flying between 25 and 26 February 2020 to or from Chicago on flights operated by Iberia, British Airways, American Airlines or Finnair with a ticket purchased directly through our websites or Serviberia until 24 February 2020 you have the ability to book any flight on the same route between 24 to 29 February 2020. If you bought your ticket to fly with us through a travel agency, you must consult the agency to modify your booking.

Iberia Temporarily Cancels Flights to Shanghai

Since January 31 and during the months of February, March and April, our flights from/to Shanghai have been temporarily canceled due to the situation caused by the coronavirus.

If you have an issued ticket to fly on this route and have not yet started the trip, you can request a refund of the ticket.

If you have already started the trip and do not wish to make the remaining leg you can request a refund of the proportional part.
