General strike in Portugal on December 11, 2025
Due to the general strike in Portugal scheduled for next December 11, which affects all airport services, some of our flights may be impacted.
Given this situation beyond Iberia’s control, if you are flying between December 10 and 12 to/from Lisbon or Porto on flights operated by Iberia, Iberia Express, or Iberia Regional Air Nostrum, and you purchased your ticket directly on our websites or Reservation Centers up to December 5, you may rebook on any flight on the same route or within 300 km until December 17, 2025. If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, you must contact them to modify your booking.

Flight flexibility due to the situation in Caracas
Due to recent events in the city of Caracas, we are issuing this flexibility policy for customers who need to change their travel plans.
If you are flying between November 24, 2025 and January 31, 2026, with origin/destination Caracas on flights operated by Iberia, and you purchased your ticket directly on our website or through Serviberia up to November 26, 2025, you may change the date of your booking to travel until February 28, 2026. If you purchased your ticket to travel with us through a travel agency, you must contact them to modify your booking.
