Carry out your purchases at El Corte Inglés Department Stores.
Step 2
Validate your invoice
Visit the International Customer Lounge or International Customer Desk at El Corte Inglés Department Stores (Castellana & Serrano in Madrid, Diagonal in Barcelona or Marbella in Puerto Banús), specify your Frequent Flyer number and the staff will help you claim your VAT refund.
Step 3
Get yout Avios
Process your TAX REFUND at the airport and enjoy your Avios once your VAT refund has been finalized. The Avios will be credited within five days of the date of the VAT refund. If you have any queries, please contact them by email.
