    How can I earn Avios?

    Step 1

    Download Club Avolta app or access the registry from here.

    Step 2

    In the Club Avolta App, select Account and choose Iberia Club. Then, enter your Iberia Club membership number and password to link your loyalty accounts. To earn Avios for your purchases, ensure that Iberia Club is selected as your preferred partner in the Club Avolta App and scan your Club Avolta QR code at checkout.

    Step 3

    Show the QR code from the Club Avolta app before completing your purchase at World Duty Free and you will accumulate Avios immediately.

    Earning Avios

    By being an Iberia Club and Club Avolta member before finalizing your purchase at World Duty Free you will receive 1 Avios for every 1€/£ and you will be eligible for any active promotion at the time of purchase.
    By being a new member of Club Avolta and linking an Iberia Club number in the Club Avolta app, receive 250 welcome Avios on your first transaction.

    Earning Elite Points

    You will earn 1 Elite Point for every 10 Avios earned.

    Welcome bonuses or promotional campaigns are excluded from earning Elite Points.
    Transactions that earn fewer than 10 Avios will not generate Elite Points. When converting 10 Avios into 1 Elite Point, the result will be rounded down. This conversion of Elite Points is in addition to the earning of Avios.

    To redeem Avios for Club Avolta vouchers, you will need to:

    • Navigate to the vouchers section within the Club Avolta App.

    • Choose where you'd like to use this voucher (location where participating stores are present).

    • Select the voucher amount based on your Avios balance available.

    • Use your digital voucher by scanning it in-store at a physical point of sale checkout, operated by staff.
