    How can I earn Avios?

    Step 1

    To earn Avios, you need to register on the Astara Move website.

    Step 2

    Enter your Iberia Club number in the "My Account / Loyalty" section.

    Step 3

    Avios will automatically be credited to your Iberia Club account within a maximum of 15 days.

    Earning Avios

    To benefit from the incentives described in these terms and conditions, as an Iberia Club member, you must do the following:

    • Activate your Iberia Club account from the private area of Astara Move.

    • Take out a vehicle subscription.

    • Link your Iberia Club account through the form available in the "Loyalty" section of the private area. To do this, you will need to log into your Iberia Club account using the secure login system implemented on the platform.

    The system will verify that the requirements have been met by automatically confirming the activation of your Iberia Club account, validating the vehicle subscription using the associated transaction code, and synchronising the data with the Iberia Club platform to ensure the connection is effective.

    Once the above requirements are fulfilled, you will earn:

    • 10,000 Avios for the first vehicle subscription after activating your Iberia Club account.

    • An additional 1,000 Avios for each subsequent new subscription.

    Avios will not be earned retroactively. This means that customers with active subscriptions prior to linking their Iberia Club account will not accumulate Avios until they make a new subscription.

    For Avios to be activated, it is essential that the vehicle has been delivered.

    Earning Elite Points

    You will earn 1 Elite Point for every 10 Avios earned.

    Welcome bonuses or promotional campaigns are excluded from earning Elite Points.
    Transactions that earn fewer than 10 Avios will not generate Elite Points. When converting 10 Avios into 1 Elite Point, the result will be rounded down. This conversion of Elite Points is in addition to the earning of Avios.
