Shikoku

Shikoku is an abundance of nature and culture. If you're looking to delve into a more traditional Japan, it's time to explore this vibrant region.

Shikoku's major cities include Matsuyama, home to 8 of the pilgrimage temples, as well as the feudal castle of Matsuyama and Dogo Onsen, one of the oldest known hot springs in Japan. The mountainous interior of the island has hiking trails and rivers with rapids.

Shikoku is surrounded by forests and mountains where you can relax. Its land boasts a deep history and incredible temples and shrines.

Okinawa

Nikko

Its most famous shrines and temples are considered to be some of the most splendid in all of Japan and are declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Its main point of interest is the Nikko Toshogu Shrine, whose historical value is incalculable. This complex integrates more than a dozen buildings, including a five-story pagoda, the Honjido Hall and the gleaming red Tomeimon Gate.

 

Tokio

Tokyo, a fascinating city.

Tokyo is famous for being a bustling metropolis, yet its streets are notable for a surprising silence and mutual respect. The city blends technology, discipline, and green spaces, allowing tranquility and chaos to coexist in perfect harmony.
