That the information provided shall be included in the “PASSENGERS” file pertaining to IBERIA Líneas Aéreas de España S.A. Operadora Sociedad Unipersonal (with Tax ID Code A85850394 and address at C/ Martínez Villergas, 49 28027 Madrid) and will be processed in order to find any objects you have lost on our flights, in accordance with the information that you supplied on the lost objects form.

Right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by writing to IBERIA L.A.E. S.A. Operadora S.U., Zona Industrial nº 2, Dirección Sistemas/U Seguridad de la Información y Arquitectura de Aplicaciones, 28042, Madrid or sending a fax to the following number: +34 91 587 55 64, addressed “Personal Data Assistance”. Please include a copy of your identification document with your request.
 
In accordance with Law 56/2007 on Measures to Promote the Information Society, you can also email your request to the address: atencion_datospersonales@iberia.es, along with your e-signature through the Spanish e-National Identification Document. In this case you do not have to provide any further identification.
