En raison d'un préavis de grève en Belgique le 12 mai, certains de nos vols pourraient être impactés.

Compte tenu de cette situation indépendante de la volonté d'Iberia, si vous voyagez de ou vers Bruxelles à cette date sur des vols opérés par Iberia, Iberia Express ou Iberia Regional Air Nostrum, et que vous avez acheté votre billet directement via nos canaux officiels (sites internet ou agences Iberia) avant le 30 avril, vous avez la possibilité de reporter votre voyage.
Vous pouvez opter pour tout vol sur le même itinéraire (ou vers une destination alternative dans un rayon de 300 km) entre le 10 et le 16 mai 2026. Si vous avez réservé via une agence de voyages, nous vous invitons à la contacter directement pour modifier votre réservation.

En raison des travaux de maintenance prévus sur la piste principale de l’aéroport de Buenos Aires (Ezeiza), certains de nos vols entre Madrid et Buenos Aires pourraient être affectés entre le 25 octobre et le 11 novembre 2026. Pendant cette période, les vols au départ de Buenos Aires et à destination de Madrid effectueront une escale technique à Montevideo pour le ravitaillement en carburant.

Face à cette situation indépendante de la volonté d’Iberia, nous proposons à nos clients des alternatives afin qu’ils puissent réorganiser leur voyage plus facilement.

À qui cela s’applique-t-il ?

Pour les réservations qui remplissent ces conditions :

• Billets achetés jusqu’au 4 mai 2026.

• Vols ayant pour origine ou destination Buenos Aires (aéroport d’Ezeiza) opérés par le Groupe Iberia (Iberia, Iberia Express et Air Nostrum).

• Date de vol initiale entre le 25 octobre et le 11 novembre 2026.

Quelles options proposons-nous ?

• Changer la date du voyage pour voler entre le 15 octobre et le 30 novembre 2026.

• Changer l’origine ou la destination pour un autre aéroport situé jusqu’à 300 km.

• Demander un remboursement sous forme de bon.

Important : 1 modification est autorisée. Le remboursement est effectué sous forme de bon et ne sera restitué sur le moyen de paiement initial qu’en cas d’annulation du vol (aller ou retour).

Given this situation, we offer alternatives to our customers so they can reorganize their trip more comfortably.

Who does it apply to?

For bookings that meet these conditions:

• Tickets purchased up to April 13, 2026.

• Flights departing from or arriving in Havana and its connections.

• Original flight date from June 1 to October 24, 2026.

What options do we offer?

• Change your travel date to fly up to October 25, 2027, subject to availability.

• Change the origin or destination to another airport within up to 2,300 km, including Miami, Mexico City, Panama City and Santo Domingo.

• Request a refund.

Due to the situation in the Middle East, we have had to cancel some of our flights to/from Doha. We are monitoring the airspace situation in real time and adapting our operations. Please check the status of your flight in Flight Status and keep your contact details updated in Manage Booking so we can keep you informed about your trip.

If your flight has been cancelled, you can request a date change or a refund and process it online through Manage your booking. If needed, we will cover up to 3 nights of accommodation, as well as basic expenses that you may later request reimbursement for through the website.

For flights that are still scheduled, due to these circumstances we have activated the following flexibility policy:

On flights operated by Iberia until June 15 and purchased before April 30 , you may, at no additional cost:

• Change the date of your booking to travel until October 31, 2026.

• Request a refund of your ticket.

• Change the origin/destination up to 150 km.

If you booked directly with Iberia, you can process it online in Manage your booking. If you did it through an agency, you must contact them to modify your booking.

On flights operated by Qatar Airways until June 15 and purchased through our channels before April 30, you may, at no additional cost:

Due to the situation in the Middle East, all flights to/from Tel Aviv until March 28 have been cancelled.

Due to these circumstances, we have activated the following flexibility policy, and bookings with flights up to October 24 purchased before April 12 can, at no additional cost.

• Change the date of your reservation.

• Change the destination and alternatively fly to Cairo, Athens, Budapest and Rome.

• Request a full refund of your ticket.

For our customers with issued tickets, there is a commercial agreement with EL AL (LY), effective from April 13 until October 24, 2026, through which they may book in the lowest available class on the airline’s operating routes.

• To fly to Tel Aviv: Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Berlin, Boston, Bucharest, Budapest, Dubai, Frankfurt, Geneva, Lisbon, London, Los Angeles, Madrid, Marseille, Miami, Milan, Munich, Nice, New York, Paris, Prague, Rome, Sofia.

• To fly from Tel Aviv: Venice, Vienna, Warsaw, Zagreb and Zurich.

Due to the latest developments in the city of Caracas, we are issuing this flexibility policy for customers who need to change their travel plans.

If you are flying up to 30 April 2026, with origin/destination Caracas on flights operated by Iberia, and you purchased your ticket directly on our website or through Serviberia by 28 January 2026, you may change your booking date to travel up to 31 May 2026 and change your destination to the following airports: Caracas (CCS), Miami (MIA), Panama City (PTY), Bogotá (BOG), Santo Domingo (SDQ), San Juan (SJU), Havana (HAV), Quito (UIO) and Guayaquil (GYE).
