What is the best price guarantee?

It is the promise that on our website you will find the lowest price for your Flight+Hotel and Flight+Car. Subject to terms and conditions.

What documents do I have to provide?

You will have to provide the details of the Flight + Hotel or Flight + Car booking you made on our website through the form available on this page. Additionally, you must attach a screenshot or photo of the equivalent booking found on another website at a lower price, as indicated in the terms and conditions.

Can I claim a refund by email or by calling the Iberia Customer Service Centre?

The best price guarantee claim for Iberia Vacaciones must be made by filling out the claim form available on this page. Emails, telephone claims, or any other means not using the online Claim Form will not be considered.

Terms & Conditions

1. Claims will only be considered when a booking has been made through Iberia Vacaciones.

2. The form must be submitted on the day the booking is created and at least 31 days before travel. Forms submitted inside 31 days will not be considered.

3. Itineraries and services included by competitors must be the same as those of your Iberia Vacaciones booking, as described below:

3.1. Travel dates (return trip)

3.2. Airline, flight numbers and flight times.

3.3. Cabin and services included in the flight (1 checked bag per person included).

3.4. Excludes airfare discounts and closed single groups of users (e.g., by age, island residents, etc.).

3.5. Hotel, if applicable: hotel, number of nights, room type, meal plan, payment terms (flexible, non-refundable, etc.).

3.6. Car, if applicable: car supplier or make, number of 24-hour hire periods*, car group, car services included (insurance, accessories, etc.). *Car hire is calculated in 24-hour periods, so pick-up and drop-off times may affect the price.

3.7. Transfers, if applicable: shared, private, one way or return.

4. The competitor quote must be available/bookable online and be before any loyalty-based discounts.

4.1. Screenshots showing the full itinerary, services included, prices and the date the quote was obtained are required as part of your claim.

5. Forms submitted between Sunday and Thursday will be processed within 48 hours and forms submitted on Friday or Saturday will be processed within 72 hours.

6. Applicable to trips departing from Spain with prices in € only.

7. Applicable only to our proposals with opaque prices for flight + hotel and flight + car. Does not apply to flight, hotel or car bookings with separate prices, or to hotel and car only bookings.

8. If the claim is approved, we will reduce the price of the holiday accordingly and confirm the approval using the email address that appears on the Iberia Vacaciones booking.

8.1. If you have only paid one deposit, the balance due will be reduced to the agreed price.

8.2. If you have paid in full, we will refund the discount to the card you used to make the booking. 8.3. If applicable, the Avios awarded will reflect the final price of your holidays.

9. If the claim is rejected, we will confirm in writing using the email address that appears on the Iberia Vacaciones booking and explain the reasons for the decision. We will not cancel your Iberia Vacaciones booking at this time, but:

9.1. We will give you 7 days to cancel, if you do not wish to continue with the booking at the original price.

9.2. If, after 7 days, the booking hasn't been cancelled we will revert to the original terms and conditions you agreed to when creating the booking

10. This offer can be removed at any time, however unprocessed claims received up to the removal date will continue to be processed.
