The following terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") apply exclusively to the 5x Extra Avios Iberia Club promotion (the "Promotion") during the Promotional Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion communication.
This Promotion is offered jointly by: (1) British Airways Holidays Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 00554278) with its registered office at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB ("BA Holidays"); and (2) Iberia LAE SA Operadora, Sociedad Unipersonal ("Iberia") (Unique Company Registry Identifier 1000284637051), a company incorporated in Spain with registered office at C/ Martínez Villergas 49, 28027 Madrid.
In order to verify eligibility for the Promotion, we reserve the right to ask Eligible Participants for proof of age and identity.
Avios will not be earned on taxes, fees or charges payable directly on the accommodation.
An eligible holiday package booking includes a combined flight with a hotel and/or rental car.
This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer related to BAH or any other Iberia offer or promotion.
In order to benefit from the Promotion, Eligible Participants must enter their Iberia Club number at the time of booking. If it is not possible to add the number during the booking process, Eligible Participants may contact BAH customer service on +34 911 776310 to add their number to the holiday package booking.
For each eligible holiday package booking, the flight must depart from Spain and the primary passenger must have a registered Iberia Club account with a Spain address.
Only one (1) Iberia Club account will receive Avios for each booking. The name of the primary passenger must match the name registered with the Iberia Club account.
The Avios earned in relation to an eligible booking will be credited to the Iberia Club account of the primary passenger upon completion of travel. Standard Avios will be credited within six (6) weeks of completion of travel; the additional Avios earned under this Promotion will be credited within eight (8) weeks of completion of travel. More details about collecting Avios will appear in the pop-up message displayed during the booking process upon selection of offers marked as "Collects Extra Avios".
Avios will not be awarded for cancelled holiday packages, unused flights or partially flown return routes.
Eligible Participants who change their travel plans after the Promotional Period will not be entitled to the Extra Avios awarded with this Promotion.
Iberia is not responsible for Avios not received due to technical problems or other circumstances beyond its control.
BAH and Iberia reserve the right to cancel the participation of an Eligible Participant in this Promotion if they consider that the Participant is in breach of these T&Cs or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent or illegal.
Iberia reserves the right to cancel this Promotion at any time at its discretion or to amend the T&Cs without notice in the event of force majeure, war, strike, civil or military unrest, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of applicable laws or regulations or any other similar event beyond the reasonable control of Iberia.
Iberia reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion or amend these T&Cs without notice at any time and for any reason, without any liability to customers.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these T&Cs will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in force and will be construed as if the invalid or illegal provision were not included. The omission by Iberia to apply any term will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other term.
To the extent permitted by law, in no event will Iberia, BAH or AGL (or their agents, affiliates or distributors) be liable to compensate an Eligible Entrant or accept any liability (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion, regardless of whether such liability is based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise and regardless of whether the Promoter (or its affiliates) has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The promotional materials form part of these T&Cs. In the event of a conflict, these T&Cs will prevail over the promotional materials.

This Promotion will be governed by Spanish law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
Any typographical, clerical or other errors or omissions in the administration of the Offer may be corrected without liability on the part of Iberia, British Airways Holidays Limited or Avios Group (AGL) Limited.
The joint decision of Iberia, British Airways Holidays Limited and Avios Group (AGL) Limited in respect of any aspect of the Promotion will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) in respect of the Promotion.
Flight + Hotel
1. The accrual of Elite Points on Flight + Hotel packages is linked to the earning of Avios on these packages; therefore the Terms and Conditions for the Earning of Avios detailed in the preceding section apply.
2. You will earn 1 Elite Point for every 10 Avios spent on the Flight + Hotel package.
3. The Elite Points for the package will be credited only to the Iberia Club account of the main passenger.
4. In converting 10 Avios into 1 Elite Point, the amount will be rounded down (for example, any total between 11 and 19 Avios will equate to 1 Elite Point).
5. The credited Elite Points will be in addition to the regular Elite Points each passenger earns through the flights included in the package.
Flight + Car
1. The accrual of Elite Points on Flight + Car packages is linked to the earning of Avios on these packages; therefore the Terms and Conditions for the Earning of Avios detailed in the preceding section apply.
2. You will earn 1 Elite Point for every 10 Avios spent on the Flight + Car package.
3. The Elite Points for the package will be credited only to the Iberia Club account of the main passenger.
4. In converting 10 Avios into 1 Elite Point, the amount will be rounded down (for example, any total between 11 and 19 Avios will equate to 1 Elite Point).
5. The credited Elite Points are in addition to the regular Elite Points each passenger accumulates through the flights included in the package, and those earned through the conversion of the Avios from the car hire included in the package (at a rate of 1 Elite Point for every 10 Avios).
The results page will indicate the airports, duration and currency that will be used in the transaction. The advertised prices on this page are updated weekly, so actual prices may vary. Prices include all taxes, surcharges and fuel supplements, which may also vary. Some payment methods include administration fees.
Flight + hotel: The availability of flight + hotel packages may be very limited. All holiday package prices shown are per person, in euros, based on a standard double room and include return economy class tickets on flights operated by Iberia or codeshare flights operated by Iberia.
Flight + car: The availability of flight plus car packages may be very limited. All holiday package prices shown are per person, based on 2 adults and include return economy class tickets on flights operated by Iberia or codeshare flights operated by Iberia, as well the hire of a Group A vehicle.
