From October 6th, a new and exclusive phone number will be released to On Business companies and On Business travel agencies. All requests will be handled from a call center located in Spain from 9:00 to 19:00, from Monday to Friday. Phone number: 918 790 033.
In order to improve access to the online services for every On Business company, a brand new exclusive form has been facilitated to On Business clients. This online service can be accessed through your On Business company’s profile or through our website.
Reminder: in the case you already have a travel agency in mind, it is important for you to include the agency in “Nominated Travel Agents” in your company’s profile. This will give you the chance to exchange the On Business points earned to new flights and upgrades.
We expect these recent changes to increase the answering rate and service quality.
