Iberia Group increases flights to Menorca
Tickets are already available for purchase on the Iberia website and app.
The Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Express and Air Nostrum) will offer three daily flights to Menorca from November and throughout the winter season. The company has been awarded the tender launched by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility to operate the Madrid–Menorca route under Public Service Obligations (PSO) during the winter season, from November to March.
This increase represents a 27% rise in the number of seats compared with the previous contract, thereby expanding travel options between the two cities. Tickets are already on sale on Iberia’s official website and through the airline’s app.
The Iberia Group has a longstanding commitment to connectivity to the Balearic Islands. Air Nostrum, Iberia’s regional subsidiary, has so far operated two daily frequencies during the winter season, which will now increase to three.
In summer, Iberia Express strengthened its commitment to Menorca with a record operation, approaching 1,200 flights and offering more than 230,000 seats—17% more than in 2025. This improved connectivity benefits Menorca residents and also supports the arrival of visitors to the island throughout these months.
