    10 Avios for every €1 spent on your booking.

     

    How to book on Avios Hoteles.

    • Go to avios.com.

    • Enter the details in the search bar.

    • Select your stay and room type.

    • Choose your hotel. Pay by card and collect 10 Avios for every €1 spent.

    • Once your stay has ended, the Avios collected will be credited to your account within 31 days, so you can plan your next adventure.

     

    Terms and Conditions

    • To benefit from this offer, you must be an Iberia Club member before making the booking.

    • You must book your stay through avios.com, by calling 0344 493 0747 (UK line) or +44 (0) 207 949 3086 (international line).

    • You can collect 10 Avios for every €1 spent on eligible stays paid in full by card. The final Avios amount will be calculated based on the booking value in GBP, EUR or USD.

    • The final Avios amount will include taxes and fees paid in advance.

    • Additional charges paid directly at the property do not collect Avios.

    • An eligible stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same property, from check-in to check-out, regardless of the length of the stay.

    • Avios may only be awarded to the member who has signed in and made the booking through avios.com.

    • Bookings must be guaranteed by advance payment.

    • Cancellation fees will be subject to the cancellation policy of the relevant property.

    • Avios will be credited to your Iberia Club account within 31 days of completing the stay.

    • This offer is personal and non-transferable.

    • If you are missing Avios from your account, you must complete the missing Avios claim form and select "Reclamaciones de Avios por Avios Hotels".

    • Retroactive claims for pending Avios will not be accepted.

    • Iberia Club, together with Avios Group Limited, reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these conditions at any time and without prior notice, for any reason and without incurring any liability to customers.

     

     

    COLLECT ELITE POINTS

    1 Elite Point for every 10 Avios collected.

    Promotions and welcome campaigns are excluded from collecting Elite Points.
    Transactions that collect fewer than 10 Avios will not generate Elite Points. When converting 10 Avios into 1 Elite Point, the result will be rounded down. This conversion of Elite Points is in addition to the collecting of Avios.

    Redeem your Avios flexibly. You can reduce the cost of your booking by paying entirely with Avios or by combining Avios and money. If your Avios balance does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remainder with money. Total flexibility!

     

    How to book on Avios Hoteles when paying with Avios.

    • Go to avios.com.

    • Enter the details in the search bar.

    • Select your stay and room type.

    • Choose your hotel and pay in full with Avios or combine Avios and card payment. You will continue to collect Avios on the portion paid by card.

    • The amount of Avios collected will be shown throughout the booking process and before you confirm payment.
