Flight flexibility in Doha

Due to the situation in the Middle East, we have had to cancel some of our flights to/from Doha. We are monitoring the airspace situation in real time and adapting our operations accordingly. Please check the status of your flight on Flight Status and keep your contact details updated in Manage Booking so that we can keep you informed about your journey.

If your flight has been cancelled, you can request a date change or a refund and process it online via Manage your booking. If needed, we will cover up to 3 nights of accommodation, as well as basic expenses, which you can later claim for reimbursement through the website.

Due to these circumstances, we have activated the following flexibility policy, and bookings with flights up to September 30 purchased before April 9 may, at no additional cost:

  • Change the date of your booking to travel until December 31, 2026.

  • Request a refund for your ticket.

  • Change the origin/destination within 150 km.

If you booked directly with Iberia, you can process it online in Manage your booking. If you booked through an agency, please contact them to modify your reservation.

For flights operated by Qatar Airways until September 30 and purchased through our channels before April 9, you may, at no additional cost:

  • Change the date of your booking.

  • Request a refund for your ticket.

  • Change the origin/destination within 150 km.

Please go to Manage your booking to process it online or contact our Customer Service Center. If you purchased through an agency, please contact them to modify your reservation. If there are less than 48 hours before departure, please contact Qatar Airways.

Flight Flexibility in Tel Aviv

Due to the situation in the Middle East, all flights to/from Tel Aviv until March 28 have been cancelled.

Due to these circumstances, we have activated the following flexibility policy, and bookings with flights up to June 30 purchased before March 30 can, at no additional cost:

  • Change the date of your reservation.

  • Change the destination and alternatively fly to Cairo, Athens, Budapest and Rome.

  • Request a full refund of your ticket.

For our customers with issued tickets, there is a commercial agreement with EL AL (LY), effective from March 16 until June 30, 2026, through which they may book in the lowest available class on the airline’s operating routes.

  • To fly to Tel Aviv: Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Berlin, Boston, Bucharest, Budapest, Dubai, Frankfurt, Geneva, Lisbon, London, Los Angeles, Madrid, Marseille, Miami, Milan, Munich, Nice, New York, Paris, Prague, Rome, Sofia.

  • To fly from Tel Aviv: Venice, Vienna, Warsaw, Zagreb and Zurich.

Please access Manage booking to process it online if you booked directly with Iberia. If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, please contact them to modify your reservation.

Flight flexibility due to the situation in Caracas

Due to the latest developments in the city of Caracas, we are issuing this flexibility policy for customers who need to change their travel plans.

If you are flying up to 30 April 2026, with origin/destination Caracas on flights operated by Iberia, and you purchased your ticket directly on our website or through Serviberia by 28 January 2026, you may change your booking date to travel up to 31 May 2026 and change your destination to the following airports: Caracas (CCS), Miami (MIA), Panama City (PTY), Bogotá (BOG), Santo Domingo (SDQ), San Juan (SJU), Havana (HAV), Quito (UIO) and Guayaquil (GYE). If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, please contact them to modify your booking.
